Payment is handled by Paddle, reseller and merchant of record, which issues the invoice and handles refunds under the policy linked at the foot of the page.
Security and data
- Each organisation sees only its own data: the separation is enforced by the database, not by a filter.
- Identity-document data and anti-money-laundering evidence are encrypted at rest.
- A database with point-in-time restore and a copy of the documents at a second provider, with periodic restore drills.
- A second factor with an authenticator app or a passkey; access to documents is logged.
- Database and documents hosted in data centres in the European Union.
