What happens to your data and your money at each point, with no small print.
Free for up to 3 properties
No card, no time limit: with 3 properties or fewer you pay nothing. The subscription is needed only to add the next one; the owner starts it from Settings → Billing and its first 30 days are free: cancel before and you pay nothing.
Monthly, with an invoice
The subscription renews every month. Payment goes through Paddle, reseller and merchant of record: it issues the invoice and works out VAT before you confirm.
Cancel whenever you like
From the link in Paddle's emails or by writing to us. Cancelling stops renewals and the service stays on until the end of the period already paid. Then, with at most 3 properties, you carry on free; with more, what follows a failed payment applies.
If a payment fails
For 7 days everything keeps working as before. Then, with at most 3 properties, you return to the free plan and lose nothing. With more, for 30 days only the owner can sign in: to download the complete export of data and documents, or to resubscribe. At the end the organisation's data is deleted, after the export; anti-money-laundering records the law requires to be kept stay for the legal term.
