domusdesk

Terms of service

Last updated: October 14, 2026 · Version 2026-10-08

Provisional version. The final text is being prepared with our legal advisers and will replace this page; account holders will be notified when it changes.

These terms govern the use of domusdesk, the online software at www.domusdesk.com developed and operated by Lelio Pellegrini. Full company details will be given in the final version.

The service

domusdesk keeps the file of each property: properties, people, mandates, leases, deadlines, documents, works and payments. It serves estate agencies, independent professionals and private owners, each as its own organisation, kept apart from every other.

Account and organisation

Using domusdesk requires an account with a verified email address. Whoever creates an organisation is its owner and decides whom to invite and with which role. Each organisation is responsible for its users and for the data it enters, including its clients' data.

Subscription and payment

The subscription is bought from the organisation's Subscription page. The sale is made through Paddle.com, which acts as reseller and merchant of record: it collects the payment, issues the invoice and handles payment questions. Paddle's buyer terms also apply to the purchase.

Your data

An organisation's data remains its own. The owner can export it at any time from the settings, in formats other software can read. What happens to the data when a subscription ends is set out in the next section.

When a subscription ends

When a subscription ends — you cancel, a payment fails or the contract is terminated — the organisation's data stays available for 30 calendar days after the service ends. After a failed payment the service stays in ordinary use for the first 7 days and the 30 days start after them; after a cancellation they start on the day it takes effect. During this period only the organisation's owner can sign in: to download, free of charge, a complete export of the data and documents, or to subscribe again (paying ends the period). domusdesk may also send the complete export to the owner's registered address, without looking at its contents. The owner sees the planned deletion date every time they sign in. When the period ends, domusdesk deletes the organisation's data after the export, in an operation carried out by a person, one organisation at a time. Anti-money-laundering records that the law requires to be kept remain for their legal term and are then destroyed. Backup copies are not used for any other purpose and expire on their normal schedule.

Acceptable use

You may not try to reach another organisation's data, get around the service's protections or use it for unlawful activity. If you find a vulnerability, please report it to portezuelos.info@gmail.com rather than exploit it.

Final version

The final terms, together with the data processing agreement for organisations, are being drafted with our legal advisers. Until then this page describes, in good faith, how the service works.
